How to stew juicy pink salmon in mayonnaise with onions and carrots in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Pink salmon is usually sold frozen, so you need to remove it from the freezer in advance and leave it at room temperature for several hours to thaw.

Clean the fish and cut into portions. In addition to pink salmon, you can use other red fish or replace it with white, boneless fish.

Heat the frying pan until hot and pour vegetable oil onto it. Let it warm up. Place the fish pieces and fry on both sides over high heat until golden brown. Then place the pink salmon on a plate.

Peel the onions and carrots, rinse and chop. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
