Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 7 tsp
White wine (semi-dry) 50 ml
Celery (2 petioles) 2 pc
Pears 2 pc

White pepper (if not, maybe black) to taste
tilapia (fillet) 600 g
Bree (Brie cheese can be replaced with any cream cheese) 250 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Thaw the tilapia fillet, rinse, dry, and rub with sea salt and thyme. You can sprinkle with lemon juice. Leave for 20-30 minutes.

Step 2

Step 2
Boil the rice.

Step 3

Step 3
While the rice is cooking, grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and celery. Sauté in vegetable oil. Add garlic, passed through a press.

Step 4

Step 4
When ready, mix rice and fried vegetables.

Step 5

Step 5
Peel the pear and cut into slices. Fry in a dry frying pan for 2 minutes on each side, pour over 50 ml of wine. The wine evaporates quickly.

Step 6

Step 6
Make small “boats” from foil. Place a bed of rice in them. Pieces of fish on rice. Then the pear pieces. Spread sour cream on top.

Step 7

Step 7
Place in an oven preheated to 200ºC for 20 minutes, then remove and place slices of cheese on top (I use regular cream cheese, which can be used to replace Brie). Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes. Finita! Bon appetit!
