Ground black pepper to taste
Eggs 1 pc
Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp
Beef 1 kg
Bulb onions 1 pc
Champignon 300 g
Dill 10 g
Parmesan 1 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make stuffed meat roudel with champignons? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash the beef and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the piece of meat down the center, but not all the way to the middle, then make perpendicular cuts to the left and right of the center. That is, the meat can be laid out like a book. Beat it into a flat layer, salt and pepper on both sides. While beating, I recommend covering the beef with cling film to prevent splashes from flying in all directions.

Step 3

Step 3
Prepare the filling. To do this, combine raw mushrooms ground in a blender, finely chopped and fried onion, chopped dill, egg, breadcrumbs and salt in a deep bowl.

Step 4

Step 4
Add grated Parmesan. Mix everything well. The filling is ready.

Step 5

Step 5
Spread the filling evenly onto the layer of meat. Roll the beef into a roll and secure it with string.

Step 6

Step 6
Fry the roll in vegetable oil and then cook until fully cooked either in the oven or covered in a frying pan. The dish is ready to serve! Bon appetit!
