Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Water 300 ml
Pepper (pepper mixture) to taste
Carrot (large) 1 pc
Pork 800 g
Champignon 300 g
bell pepper (small) 2 pc
Dill to taste
Ketchup (or tomato paste) 1 tbsp

Cut the onion into half rings. Cut the pepper into small strips, and large champignons into quarters (small ones can be cut into halves). Three carrots on a coarse grater.

Cut the meat into pieces (small). Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry our pork until a nice golden color. Add the onion to the meat and fry everything together for 3-5 minutes.

Next, add pepper, carrots, tomato paste, and champignons. Fry for about 5 minutes. Then add water, reduce the heat and simmer our meat and vegetables for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes.

Sprinkle with dill and serve!
