Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make zucchini rolls with cheese and garlic? Prepare the products indicated in the recipe. Take young zucchini, they have a thin, delicate peel and no seeds inside. Instead of zucchini, it is permissible to take zucchini. So, wash the vegetables, eggs and peeled garlic and dry with napkins.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the zucchini into thin slices and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Leave it this way for 5-10 minutes. During this time, the zucchini will give juice. Next, blot the strips with a napkin to remove excess liquid.

Step 3

Step 3
Roll each piece in flour on both sides.

Step 4

Step 4
Beat the eggs into a deep container and stir with a whisk until smooth. Add salt to taste. Dip the zucchini into the egg mixture, first one side and then the other. Lift the strips over a plate to allow excess egg layer to drip back into the bowl.

Step 5

Step 5
Heat odorless vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the zucchini on both sides over moderate heat until appetizingly golden brown.

Step 6

Step 6
Place zucchini on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Step 7

Step 7
Prepare the filling. Grate the cheese and place in a small deep bowl. Add chopped dill and garlic, passed through a press. Pepper to taste, add salt and add mayonnaise (the amount of mayonnaise can be slightly increased or decreased as desired). Mix everything well.

Step 8

Step 8
Place the zucchini strips on a flat surface. Place the cheese filling on one edge, as in the photo.

Step 9

Step 9
Place a piece of tomato on top. It is better to cut the tomatoes into small slices or strips, then the rolls will be easier to roll.
