Ingredients (5 portions)

Meat:

Pork neck pc

Batter:

Chicken eggs 1 pc

Sauce:

Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Ready mustard 2 tsp
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Filling:

bell pepper 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Pickles 2 pc
Dill to taste
Parsley to taste
Green onions to taste

Coating:

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Cream 100 ml

We beat the pieces of meat very well with a hammer. Salt, pepper and season with your favorite spices.

Prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise with mustard and hot sauce. (The sauce can be safely replaced with adjika).

Lubricate our pieces of meat very generously with this sauce. And remove to marinate at room temperature.

While our meat is marinating, we will bake some pancakes.

Letʼs start with the vegetables: Cut the onion and bell pepper into small cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry until half cooked in vegetable oil. We also grate the cucumbers on a coarse grater and add them to the rest of the vegetables. Fry for another 7 minutes over low heat.
