You can please yourself and your guests with these delicious rolls! I use this recipe when guests are literally on the doorstep, and they need to be fed deliciously, but time is running out! This is just a lifesaver.

Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 5 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Hard cheese 150 g
Parsley 1 g
Chicken fillet (breast — 2 pcs.) 300 g

Recipe instructions

Cut the breast in half with a sharp knife and then crosswise, but not all the way, like a book.

Carefully unwrap and beat through a bag or cling film. Salt and pepper.

For the filling: finely chop the parsley, add garlic passed through a garlic press, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Mix everything well. Place the filling on the breasts.

Then roll into rolls

Place the chicken rolls in a frying pan heated with oil, fry on both sides until golden brown and cook covered.
