Garlic 3 clove
Salt 3 tbsp
Water 1.5 l
Thyme, thyme 2 g
Puzanina 1.3 kg

Prepare undercuts (belly), salt, garlic and several sprigs of fresh or dried thyme.

Rub the meat well with 1 tbsp. spoon of salt.

Use a garlic press to squeeze out the garlic and rub the inside well with the garlic.

Roll the undercut into a roll and tie with twine.

Boil water, add the rest of the salt, place the roll in the pan and add the thyme. Cook after boiling at a very low simmer for an hour and a half.
