Basic:

Chicken fillet 600 g
Dry spices to taste

For filling:

Spinach 120 g
Onion 1 pc
Champignon 100 g
Hard cheese 50 g
Butter 25 g

Cut the onion and mushrooms into small cubes.

Fry the onion in butter until soft, add the mushrooms and fry until tender.

Blanch fresh spinach for 2-3 minutes, place in a sieve and squeeze thoroughly. Finely chop the drained spinach. Simply defrost frozen spinach. Add spinach to the pan, stir and remove from heat. Let the filling cool slightly.

Grate the cheese and add to the spinach and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.

We make a longitudinal cut on the chicken fillet and open it like a book. We beat each fillet to a thickness of 5 mm. Season the meat with spices to taste.

Roll the fillet into a tight roll and tie it with thread. Wrap the roll in foil and bake at 190 C for about 20-30 minutes until cooked.
