Lavash thin 200 g

Filling:

Eggs 3 pc
Hard cheese 300 g
Dill to taste
Cottage cheese 300 g

How to bake lavash with cottage cheese and cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Dill can be replaced with any other herbs to taste. You will need two sheets of pita bread. My pita bread is small, so I took 3 pieces. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

First make the filling. To do this, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Wash the dill, dry and finely chop.

Place two types of cottage cheese, grated cheese, eggs, dill in a deep bowl.

Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Spread the filling evenly onto each sheet of pita bread.

Roll the pita bread into a roll.

Cut the lavash roll with filling into pieces approximately 4 cm high. Do the same with the second sheet of lavash.
