Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Tomatoes 1 pc
Hard cheese 150 g
Chicken breasts 1 pc
Parsley to taste
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Young zucchini 3 pc

Recipe instructions

Cut the chicken fillet into thin long slices, beat and rub with salt, ground black pepper and dried oregano. Fry lightly on both sides and place on a paper towel.

Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices. Use young zucchini, do not peel the skin. Roll in flour and fry on both sides; be sure to place the fried plates on a paper towel.

Cut the tomato into half rings, grate the cheese on a fine grater, mix the grated garlic with mayonnaise. Grease a plate of zucchini with garlic mayonnaise. Place chicken fillet, tomato, cheese and wrap in a roll.

Thread onto a skewer. Thread two to three rolls onto a skewer.
