Basic:

Salt to taste
Apples 6 pc
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp
Dry spices to taste
Sauerkraut 600 g
Pork belly 1.5 kg

We choose pork belly with a layer for our dish, wash it and remove the skin from it. We cut and divide the layer into two parts, and then pierce it with a knife.

Sprinkle the pork layer generously with Kamis meat spices, add salt to taste and rub in on all sides.

To absorb the marinade, set the layer aside for 40 minutes and begin preparing the filling.

Sauerkraut makes a fairly light and delicious side dish for pork belly. Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil to it and lay out the cabbage. Cook the cabbage for 20 minutes over medium heat, adding Kamis seasoning, mix thoroughly.

Place the cooled cabbage filling on one side of our layer.

We close the other side of the layer and secure it well with toothpicks on all sides.

We choose apples of dense winter varieties to complement the side dish, according to the portions.

Place our roll on a baking sheet, shape it and place it in an oven preheated to 250 degrees for 20 minutes. We take the roll out of the oven, add apples to it on a baking sheet, lower the oven temperature to 200 degrees and cook our dish for another 35 minutes.
