Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Oranges 2 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Allspice to taste
Turkey fillet 400 g
Potato starch 1 tsp
Thyme, thyme to taste

Cut the fillet into flat, rectangular pieces and carefully beat;

I peel a thin layer of zest from two oranges. I clean and remove the remaining white crust;
