Basic:

Garlic 4 clove
Salt 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.25 tsp
Dry spices 1 tsp
Chicken fillet 800 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a roll in foil? Prepare the following ingredients. Made from chicken breast. It must be fresh, not previously frozen. You can use any spices you like; dry herbs are also good — basil, thyme, oregano, etc. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the chicken fillet under running cold water and dry with a towel or napkins. Cut each piece of fillet lengthwise into layers 1 cm thick. Using a culinary hammer, beat each piece through the film on both sides. Not too much so as not to break the integrity of the pieces.

Step 3

Step 3
Rub each piece on both sides with salt and ground black pepper. Spread a piece of foil on the table and overlap the prepared chicken fillet to form a single layer without gaps.

Step 4

Step 4
Spread the chopped garlic evenly throughout the chicken. Sprinkle with your choice of spices or dry herbs.

Step 5

Step 5
Carefully roll into a log. It should be dense and hold its shape well.

Step 6

Step 6
Wrap the roll in two layers of foil (juice may leak out), place in a baking dish or baking sheet. Bake the roll in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. Focus on your oven.

Step 7

Step 7
Remove the finished roll from the oven and let cool slightly so as not to burn yourself when unrolling. It can be served hot, or it can be completely cooled in foil and then (so it is cut more carefully) served as a cold appetizer.
