Ingredients (6 portions)

For the salad:

Hard cheese 50 g
cucumbers 150 g
Chicken fillet 350 g
Young cabbage 300 g

For refueling:

Olive oil 20 g
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Mustard 10 g
Soy sauce 10 ml

We prepare the necessary products. To prepare this salad, you can use boiled or fried chicken fillet, but it tastes best if the fillet is baked, so turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry with a paper towel, and rub with salt and pepper.

Wrap the fillet in foil and place in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Then let it cool. Cut the cabbage into strips. Place the cabbage in a bowl and add salt and lightly mash with your hands. Cut the cucumber into strips and grate the cheese on a fine grater. Cut the cooled chicken fillet into cubes.

For the dressing, combine soy sauce, olive oil, mustard, salt, ground black pepper and sugar. Mix thoroughly.
