How to make a salad from cabbage, bell peppers and tomatoes? Prepare all vegetables according to the list. If you have the opportunity, use young cabbage. It has juicy, tender leaves, which will make the salad brighter and more appetizing.

Remove any damaged outer leaves from the cabbage. Rinse the head of cabbage under running cold water and dry with paper towels. There should be no excess water left on the cabbage. Chop the cabbage into thin strips and place in a deep suitable bowl.

Rinse the bell pepper, cut in half and remove the seeds and core. The salad will look brighter and more beautiful if you take peppers of different colors. This time I took yellow pepper. So, cut the pepper into thin semicircles or feathers. Send to cabbage.
