It is even easier to prepare than the classic version with boiled or fried chicken, and the combination is very harmonious and bright. Try it at least once and you will want more!

How to make a delicious layered salad with smoked breast, pineapple and cheese? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. This is a standard recipe with a classic composition, but the ingredients can be supplemented or replaced to suit your taste. You can buy store-bought mayonnaise or make your own.

Remove skin and bones from the smoked breast and cut into small cubes. You can replace the breast with meat from smoked legs.

Drain liquid from canned pineapples and dry. If the pineapples are rings, then cut them into small pieces. It is advisable to lightly squeeze the pineapples so that the salad is not watery.

Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater. You can use any cheese you like.

Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Divide into whites and yolks. Grate the whites on a coarse grater or cut into small strips.

Grate the yolks on a fine grater. You can grate the yolks right away, but it’s better to grate them directly onto the salad, then they will be fluffier.

Wash the dill and parsley, dry and finely chop. In addition to dill and parsley, you can also use other herbs — cilantro, green onions, or a mixture of different herbs.

You can simply mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, but I prefer to make the salad in a cooking ring so that all the layers are visible. A ring with a diameter of 14-16 cm is suitable. Place the smoked chicken in the first layer and pour mayonnaise over it. I put the mayonnaise into a piping bag and cut off the tip. Itʼs more convenient than using a spoon.

The next layer is canned pineapples. Cover them with mayonnaise too.

Next — grated whites and mayonnaise.

Spread half of the chopped greens over the whites. There is no need to pour mayonnaise on it.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top and make a mesh of mayonnaise.

Another layer — grated yolks. I immediately grated them on top of the cheese.

And the last layer is the remaining chopped greens. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to soak.

Before serving, carefully remove the cooking ring. You can further decorate the salad to your liking. I made a flower from a pineapple ring and red onion slices. Bon appetit!
