How to make a salad with apples, cheese and eggs? Prepare your food. Boil the eggs first and cool. Take a sweet apple; in contrast with the cheese, the taste of the salad will be brighter. Therefore, choose cheese that is saltier.

First of all, prepare the onions. To remove the bitterness from it, marinate it. To do this, peel and cut the onion into small cubes. Then pour table vinegar over them and leave to stand for 10 minutes. This time will be enough for the taste of the onion to become softer. After the required time, place the onion in a sieve and rinse under running water.

Peel the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. I cooked at the rate of 5 eggs, setting aside one yolk to decorate the top of the salad.

It is better to form this salad in layers, since mixed, it will turn into a homogeneous mass, and it will not be clear what it is made of. You can use a culinary ring, or you can lay it out in layers in a regular salad bowl. I did it in the ring. Place the grated eggs in the first layer, press them down with a spoon and brush with mayonnaise. Place pickled onions on top.

Peel the apple. Grate it also on a coarse grater.

Place the grated apple in the next layer. Lubricate it with mayonnaise as well.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater. The large one will be too rough, use the medium one.

Place the cheese in a third layer and compact it. Gently brush the top of the cheese with mayonnaise. Place the salad in the refrigerator for soaking. Then remove the ring and decorate to taste. I grated the reserved yolk on top.
