How to make a salad from fresh cabbage and beets? There is nothing complicated here. To begin, prepare the ingredients according to the list. It is advisable to choose beets that are young, juicy, not flaccid, with elastic skin. If the beets are small, you can take more than 2 pieces. You can use any vegetable oil you like. If you donʼt have apple cider vinegar, you can replace it with regular table or wine vinegar, 6% strength.

Remove the top damaged leaves from fresh cabbage. Shred the cabbage, avoiding the dense, hard leaves around the stalk.

Peel the carrots and grate them using a Korean carrot grater. If you donʼt have such a grater, you can use a regular coarse grater.
