How to very simply and quickly prepare a delicious holiday salad “Mimosa” with saury and tuna, which is sure to please many for its wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing the most delicate puff salad for the festive table.

To prepare a holiday salad, hard-boil five chicken eggs, then take a fine grater and grate the whites and yolks separately into a deep plate.

Chop two small apples into fairly small cubes and place them in a small bowl, then pour lemon juice over them for flavor and to prevent the apples from darkening, then take a coarse grater and grate one pre-boiled carrot into a plate.
