Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad from boiled breast with pickled cucumbers and hard cheese? Prepare your food. Pre-boil the fillet and eggs; they must cool completely. Salads made from warm ingredients can quickly go bad. You can use fresh cucumber instead of pickled cucumber. Hard cheese can be replaced with processed cheese.

Step 2

Step 2
How to boil chicken fillet? Wash it, remove films and excess fat. Pour about 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan. When it boils, add salt (about 0.5 tablespoons of salt) and add the meat there. For taste, you can add black peppercorns (3-4 pieces) and bay leaf. Cook over low heat with the lid on (about 20 minutes after boiling). Cool without removing from the broth to prevent the meat from drying out. Cut the cooled chicken breast into small cubes.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the cucumber and cut into thin strips. If its peel is not bitter or damaged, there is no need to trim it. How to boil hard-boiled eggs? Place them in cold water, wait until they boil, and cook for 8-10 minutes. Fill with cold water and cool. Peel the shells and chop finely. Place the cucumbers and eggs in the salad bowl with the chicken.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel the onion. Rinse it and the knife in cold water; onion juice will not irritate the mucous membranes of the eyes so much. Cut into cubes as small as possible. Grate delicious hard cheese on a coarse grater. Wash and dry the dill with paper towels. Grind. Place the onions and cheese in a salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 5

Step 5
Salt and pepper the salad to taste. Stir. Season with mayonnaise just before serving.

Step 6

Step 6
You can serve the salad in portioned bowls or in a common salad bowl. Garnish with pickled cucumber slices and dill sprigs on top.
