Mayonnaise 150 g

Prepare the ingredients.

Fry onions and mushrooms in a frying pan. Place in a deep plate.

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water and cut into pieces. Place on a plate with mushrooms and onions.

Boil the potatoes, cool, cut into pieces and place on a plate.

Next we send the chopped cucumber.

Boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Chop the yolks and add to the salad. Grind the egg whites and reserve them for decoration.
