Chicken Male Caprice Salad

Simple, quick and delicious, for holidays and every day! I like the Male Caprice salad with chicken because it has very few ingredients, but the taste is simply excellent. You can lay out the salad in layers or mix the products, seasoning them with mayonnaise or sour cream!

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a Manʼs whim salad with chicken? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any cheese, as long as it is easy to grate and tasty.

Step 2

Step 2
You need to boil the chicken fillet and eggs in advance. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the water and cool the eggs in cold water. Pour water over the chicken meat, bring to a boil and cook for 25-30 minutes, adding a little salt. Then the meat must be cooled.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. In a small bowl, combine vinegar and water. Add sugar and mix everything. Pour in the chopped onion and leave to stand for 15-20 minutes to marinate. Then drain all the water.

Step 4

Step 4
The salad will be layered. To do this, place the serving ring in the plate in which you plan to serve the salad. Cut the chicken meat into small pieces and place it on the bottom as the first layer. Tamp down a little and grease with mayonnaise.

Step 5

Step 5
Place pickled onions on the chicken. There is no need to grease the onion with mayonnaise, since it is quite juicy and there is not very much of it.

Step 6

Step 6
Peel the boiled eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. Place the grated eggs in the next layer. Also press a little and grease with mayonnaise.

Step 7

Step 7
Place the last layer of cheese, grated on a fine grater. Remove the serving ring from the finished salad and cool the salad slightly in the refrigerator before serving. Garnish the salad with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
