How to make a salad of beans, corn and sausage? Prepare all the specified products according to the list. If you have canned corn and beans, you can prepare the salad in a matter of minutes. If you have dry beans, then you should first soak them in cold water for a day or in hot water for 1-2 hours. Next, boil the beans over low heat for 30 to 90 minutes. How to check if beans are ready? To do this, remove one bean from the pan and mash with a fork.

Drain juice from canned beans and corn. Place in a deep, comfortable bowl.

Peel the sausage from the casing and cut into thin slices. It is also permissible to chop it into cubes, do it as you are more accustomed to. Choose any good quality smoked sausage. Add to corn and beans.
