Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad with smoked chicken, Korean carrots and corn? Prepare your food. Breast fillet is better suited for salad — it is less fatty. You can cook Korean carrots yourself or use store-bought ones. Place the corn in a sieve in advance to drain the liquid.

Step 2

Step 2
Remove the skin from the breast and cut the meat into large cubes. In addition to smoked chicken, you can also take any chicken: boiled, baked, fried.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash the cucumber and cut off the ends. Be sure to taste the cucumber before slicing to see if it is bitter — such a fruit will spoil the taste of the entire salad. If the skin is rough, cut it off. Cut the cucumber into cubes as well.

Step 4

Step 4
Place chopped chicken and cucumber in a salad bowl. If they are long, chop the Korean carrots with a knife or cut them with scissors directly into the salad bowl. Add corn. If you wish, you can also add any fresh herbs to taste.

Step 5

Step 5
Prepare the dressing. To do this, mix sour cream, mustard and lemon juice. Add also salt and pepper to taste. Keep in mind that the salad will contain salty foods — chicken and carrots, do not over-salt. It’s better to add salt to the salad later, after trying it with the dressing. Instead of sour cream, you can use natural yogurt. Take mustard that is not very spicy.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the sour cream dressing in the bowl with the ingredients and mix everything together well. Taste the salad and add salt if necessary.

Step 7

Step 7
Transfer the salad to a salad bowl and serve. I added rye crackers to one of the portions, they fit very well into the overall picture. Bon appetit!
