Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad from cabbage, peas and cucumbers? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. I use red onion for the salad, but it can also be replaced with regular onion. My green peas are frozen.

Step 2

Step 2
Shred the cabbage thinly and crush it a little with your hands so that it becomes softer and the juice releases faster. Place the chopped cabbage in a large bowl.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the carrots and rinse to remove dirt. Fresh young carrots can be washed with a brush or hard sponge under running water. Then grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater and add to the bowl with the cabbage.

Step 4

Step 4
Fresh green peas can be added directly to the salad. Pour hot water over frozen peas and drain in a colander. Wash the cucumbers and cut them into half rings. Add green peas and fresh cucumbers to the salad.
