Tomatoes 3 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Eggs 2 pc
Sour cream 3 tbsp
cucumbers 2 pc
Corn (boiled or canned) 200 g

How to make a salad of cucumbers, tomatoes and corn? Prepare your food. Boil the eggs first. Wash and dry the cucumbers and tomatoes. Corn can be used either canned or boiled. You can also add any greens to your salad. Instead of sour cream, natural yogurt is suitable.

Cut off the stems of the tomatoes and cut into medium pieces. I took three small tomatoes, take a couple of large ones. You can also prepare a salad with cherry tomatoes, put 12 of them, cut into halves.

Cut off the ends of the cucumbers, then cut into circles if they are small, or into semicircles if the cucumbers are large. Be sure to try to see if they are bitter — such cucumbers will ruin the taste of the salad.

How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Cut the peeled eggs into large cubes.

If you have canned corn, place it in a sieve to remove excess liquid. If it’s boiled, like mine, then cut off the grains with a knife. Young and soft corn can be cut into circles along with the core.

Place sour cream in a salad bowl and gently mix the salad. Serve it to the table immediately — salads made from fresh vegetables do not last long, as they release juice.
