Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad with bell peppers and cheese? The recipe is very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. I used special curd cheese for the salad. But in this salad you can use any cheese to your taste: feta, mozzarella, processed cheese, etc.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the bell peppers, dry them, remove the seeds and stem. Cut the peppers into strips or medium cubes.

Step 3

Step 3
Cut the red onion into strips.

Step 4

Step 4
Cut the curd cheese into small cubes.

Step 5

Step 5
Wash the parsley, shake off moisture and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, dill, cilantro, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.

Step 6

Step 6
Now prepare the dressing. You can supplement or replace the dressing with other ingredients to taste. For example, replace grainy mustard with regular mustard. I used olive oil, but any vegetable oil will do. If the honey is candied, melt it first.

Step 7

Step 7
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, liquid honey, French mustard, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. The oil should combine well with the honey.

Step 8

Step 8
In a bowl, combine bell pepper, red onion and herbs. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.

Step 9

Step 9
Transfer the salad to a platter. Top with pieces of cream cheese and serve. Bon appetit!
