Ingredients (3 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Tomatoes (small size or 2 pcs. large size) 4 pc
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Parsley to taste
Carrot (large or 2 small sizes) 1 pc
bell pepper 1 pc
Dill to taste
cucumbers (long salad) 0.5 pc
Soy sauce (optional) 1 tbsp

How to make a salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots? First of all, prepare all the necessary products. To brighten the finished salad, I used red onion.

Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the core and seeds. Remove the stems from the tomatoes. Rinse all vegetables in cold, clean water and dry with paper towels.

Cut the tomatoes into thin slices or medium-sized cubes. The method of cutting all vegetables can be absolutely any you desire. Place the tomatoes in a deep salad bowl of suitable size.
