How to make a salad of carrots, cucumbers and cheese? Very simple, first prepare the products according to the list. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream or natural yogurt. Choose any cheese, preferably hard, I took Russian.

Wash the cucumbers well and cut into thin strips. If you wish, you can peel the cucumbers, then the salad will be more tender.
