Vinegar (9%) 1.5 tbsp

How to make fresh carrot salad with vinegar and oil? Incredibly simple and fast! Prepare all the necessary products. You will need a minimum set of ingredients. Take carrots for the salad that are juicy and bright orange. You can take regular sunflower or olive oil. It is permissible to replace vinegar with wine or apple vinegar.

So, peel the carrots and onions. Rinse the vegetables under running cold water and dry with napkins.

Chop the onion into small cubes or thin quarter rings. Place in a deep small container and fill with vinegar. Stir and leave to marinate for 3-5 minutes.
