Champignon 100 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp

How to make a salad with chicken breast, fried mushrooms, onions and cheese? Prepare your food. Pre-boil the chicken breast and eggs and cool. I took champignons; they are best suited for this salad, as they cook faster. Place the corn in a sieve to drain excess liquid. Peel the onion. You can make your own mayonnaise. You will find recipes for homemade mayonnaise after the last step.

Cut the peeled onion into small cubes.

Gently wipe the mushrooms with a wet sponge, removing dirt and debris, then dry with a paper towel. Do not wet the champignons too much — they will become saturated with moisture and become watery and tasteless. Cut the champignons into cubes.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add oil for frying. Add onion. Fry it, stirring, until transparent.

Add mushrooms to onions. Salt them immediately — the salt will draw the water out of the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms until evaporated, 5-7 minutes.

How to boil chicken breast for salad? Boil water in a saucepan, add salt and peppercorns to it. Place the meat in boiling water — this will keep the chicken soft and juicy. Cook the breast for 25-35 minutes, depending on the size. Then turn off the heat under the pan and leave the meat to cool in the broth. Cut the cooled breast into cubes.
