Potato (small or one large) 2 pc
Hard cheese 150 g
Pickles (small) 3 pc
Mayonnaise (or to taste) 1 cup
Dill (For decoration) to taste
Smoked legs (1 medium leg) 170 g

How to make Chamomile salad with chicken? I chose smoked chicken for it, but you can also use boiled chicken, or fry chicken fillets or parts and then cut into strips. You can use any cheese, as long as it is of high quality and tasty.

Boil potatoes in their skins, boil hard-boiled eggs. Cool and peel. We form the salad. The first layer is potatoes grated on a coarse grater.

Salt a little and brush with mayonnaise.

Then pickled cucumbers cut into small cubes.

Remove the skin and bone from the leg, cut into strips and place on the cucumber layer.
