Apple and Duck Breast Salad

Fresh apples in this salad create a simply amazing taste! A classic of the genre, but in an unexpected interpretation:) This is one of my favorite salads. Apples emphasize the exquisite taste of dry-cured meat, and pomegranate adds additional sourness.
