Onion (small purple onion, or half a medium onion) 1 pc
Tomatoes 3 pc
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar (pinch) 3 g
Ground black pepper to taste
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
bell pepper (green) 1 pc
Olives (seedless) 12 pc
cucumbers 2 pc
Oregano dry 0.5 tsp
Brynza 150 g

How to make a classic Greek salad with feta cheese, tomatoes and olives? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. It is better to use red onion, it has a milder taste. You will need juice from the lemon, so you can use store-bought juice. Lemon juice can be replaced with wine vinegar. Instead of feta cheese, you can use feta. Take quality olives. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Choose tomatoes that are juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during cutting and cooking, they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.

Peel the bell pepper and remove the stem. Cut the pulp into semicircles.
