How to make Smoked Chicken and Corn Salad? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. I use 9% vinegar for pickling onions. Open the can of canned corn and drain the liquid.

First of all, start pickling the onions. How to pickle onions? Peel it and rinse it in cold water. Then finely chop the peeled onion and add vinegar. Leave to stand for 7-10 minutes. Then drain the vinegar and rinse the onion itself in cold water. This process will remove the pungent aroma of the onion itself and its bitterness.

Boil the eggs for the salad. To do this, fill them with cold water, put on fire and bring to a boil. Boil them in boiling water for 8-9 minutes. Then drain the hot water and pour cold water over the eggs. With a sudden change in temperature, the eggs cool quickly and are easier to peel.
