Shrimp and Omelette Salad

No one can resist this colorful holiday salad! The salad turns out tasty, light and at the same time, thanks to the omelet, satisfying. You can also use just mayonnaise as a dressing if you like it. Ingredients are for 1 large or 2 medium servings. Help yourself!

Basic:

Lettuce 5 pc
Shrimps 8 pc
Cherry tomatoes 6 pc
Radish 3 pc
Green onions 1 g

For the omelet:

Eggs 1 pc
Hard cheese pc
Milk 2 tbsp
Greenery 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground hot pepper to taste

For refueling:

Olive oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Mustard 0.5 tsp
Salt to taste
Ground hot pepper to taste

First, prepare the dressing, mix together the oil, lemon juice, mustard and add salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly. The gas station is ready.

For the omelet, mix the egg, milk, grated cheese, finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Stir and fry 1 thin pancake in vegetable oil.

Boil frozen shrimp in boiling salted water for 1 minute and peel.
