Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad in a glass in layers? Prepare your food. Take chicken breast fillet, preferably chilled. Seedless grapes are best. Cheese is natural, high quality, tasty.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it very well and cut into small pieces. Fry it in a frying pan with vegetable oil until tender, about 15 minutes. Turn the heat to medium and add salt and curry as you go.

Step 3

Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 4

Step 4
Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Step 5

Step 5
Chop the nuts. You can use already shelled nuts or shell them yourself. Pre-dry the nuts a little in a dry frying pan — they will become more fragrant.

Step 6

Step 6
Wash and dry the grapes, cut each grape in half, remove the seeds (if any).

Step 7

Step 7
Place the salad in glasses in layers, coating each with mayonnaise and sprinkling with walnuts, in the following order: chicken fillet — eggs — cheese.

Step 8

Step 8
Place the grape halves on top. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Then serve. Bon appetit!
