Tomato and Adyghe Cheese Salad

Delicious, original — for a holiday table or dinner. The salad with Adyghe cheese and tomatoes was a real discovery for me — Italian taste with Caucasian notes! Familiar products are combined into a new, interesting dish. The composition of the salad can be changed as desired. Experiment!

Ingredients (3 portions)

Basic:

Adyghe cheese 100 g
Cherry tomatoes 200 g
Mozzarella 70 g
Lettuce leaves 100 g
Olives 50 g
Pistachios 50 g

Refueling:

Olive oil 2 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

How to make a salad with Adyghe cheese and tomatoes? Prepare the ingredients: I added brine mozzarella to the Adyghe cheese, but you can only take Adyghe cheese, choose tasty olives, any tomatoes, I have cherry tomatoes, a mixture of lettuce leaves (I have Tuscany) or any salad you like and pistachios.

Cut the Adyghe cheese into small slices.

Rinse the cherry tomatoes, dry with a towel, then cut in half. if you have ordinary tomatoes, then cut them to your taste, but preferably not into very large pieces.

Mozzarella balls, if they are small, can be left uncut and added whole to the salad. If the balls are large, cut in half.

Wash and dry the salad mixture.

Letʼs make a gas station. To prepare it we will need: olive oil, liquid honey (if the honey is candied, it is better to melt it), balsamic sauce (or vinegar), freshly ground black pepper (I have a mixture of peppers) and salt.

Combine olive oil with honey, balsamic sauce and spices.

Beat until smooth. The sauce should be a little sticky.

Place the salad mix on a platter. Randomly place olives, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls and pieces of Adyghe cheese on top. Sprinkle the salad with pistachios.
