Mayonnaise 40 g
Dill 0.3 g
cucumbers 2 pc
Lettuce 0.2 pc
Sunflower oil 50 ml
Turkey fillet 150 g

Letʼs prepare the ingredients needed to prepare the salad. Wash vegetables and herbs thoroughly.

Cook the turkey fillet with 0.5 teaspoon of salt until cooked.

Cut the potatoes into small strips.

Letʼs start preparing the French fries. If you don’t have a special deep fryer, fry the potatoes in a frying pan in sunflower oil with added salt. Fry in small batches so that the potatoes are in one layer. I got 3 batches. Fry potatoes until desired color. I like my fries nice and crispy.

Place the finished potatoes on a paper towel to remove excess sunflower oil.

Cut the boiled turkey fillet into pieces.
