Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad with smoked chicken and fried mushrooms? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes in advance. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. Rinse the champignons in running water and chop. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the champignons and onions for 5-6 minutes. Lightly salt the mushrooms and sprinkle with ground pepper. During frying, the mushrooms will decrease in size. Cool the fried mushrooms.

Step 3

Step 3
Separate the chicken meat from the bones and chop finely. Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Boiled eggs will be peeled.

Step 4

Step 4
We will lay out the salad in layers. Place a serving ring on a plate and place the shredded chicken in the first layer. Press it down a little to make the layer denser. Lubricate this layer and all subsequent ones with mayonnaise.

Step 5

Step 5
Place a layer of sliced cucumbers on top of the chicken layer.

Step 6

Step 6
Place cooled fried mushrooms in a third layer.

Step 7

Step 7
The last layer will be eggs. Grate them and place them in a ring, compacting them a little. If desired, the top of the salad can be sprinkled with herbs. Remove the serving ring and chill the salad slightly in the refrigerator. Before serving, the salad can be decorated to your liking. Bon appetit!
