Basic:

Salt to taste
Eggs 2 pc
Carrot 100 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Ham 100 g
cucumbers 150 g
Chips (100 g — for salad, 25 g — for decoration.) g

First, letʼs prepare all the ingredients.

Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Place on a plate and grease with mayonnaise.

Grate the cucumbers on a coarse grater and place them on top of the carrots. Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise.

Then lay out the chips.

Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise. Cut the ham into cubes and place on top of the chips.

Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise again. Boil the eggs and remove the shells. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grind the egg whites and place them on top of the ham.
