Sour cream 75 g
Mayonnaise 75 g

How to make pizza with tomatoes in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Take either one large egg or two small ones. They must first be washed with baking soda, as there may be harmful bacteria on their surface. You can use ketchup instead of tomato sauce.

How to make pizza dough in a frying pan? Place mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl, beat in the egg. Add a little salt, keeping in mind that the dough already contains salty mayonnaise. Stir liquid ingredients. Add flour little by little, kneading well after each addition. The dough should look like thick sour cream, thicker than pancakes. You may need a little less or more flour than indicated, focus on the consistency of the dough.

Take a non-stick frying pan, mine is 24 cm in diameter. Grease it with a drop of vegetable oil. Place the dough on the frying pan and, using a spatula, spread it in a thin layer over the surface of the frying pan, making a rim around the edges.

Grease the dough with tomato sauce or ketchup. You can make it yourself by pureeing a fresh, skinless tomato in a blender and adding sugar and salt. Sprinkle the base with spices; Italian herbs are good for this. I took oregano.

The time is approximate, as it will depend on the thickness of the dough, the selected frying pan and the operating characteristics of the stove.
