You can also use balsamic vinegar as a dressing for this recipe.

Step 2

Step 2
We cut the meat into thin strips, and the strips into pieces.

Step 3

Step 3
Combine soy sauce with sugar and mix everything thoroughly. Pour the resulting marinade over the beef and let it sit for half an hour.

Step 4

Step 4

Step 6

Step 6
...and peel and lightly pound the nuts in a mortar.

Step 7

Step 7
Fry the marinated pieces of beef in olive oil until done. This will take approximately 7-10 minutes. Leave the cooked meat in the pan over low heat to maintain its temperature.

Step 8

Step 8
Letʼs start serving the dish. Place lettuce leaves on a plate.

Step 9

Step 9
Place boiled beans on top of the salad.

Step 10

Step 10
Place hot pieces of meat and tomato slices around the beans.

Step 11

Step 11
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top and season with olive oil. By the way, the salad practically does not need seasoning, since the greens and tomatoes are quite juicy on their own, and the meat is sufficiently flavored with oil when frying, so additional seasoning is strictly optional. Bon appetit!
