Basic:

Lemon juice 1 tsp
Beet 150 g
Carrot 150 g
White cabbage 200 g
Vegetable oil (Preferably olive oil) 2 tbsp
Dill 10 g

How to make Terka salad? Prepare the necessary ingredients. All vegetables must be fresh and raw. Wash them, dry with paper towels. I used olive oil, but you can use any refined vegetable oil.

It is better to take young cabbage for this salad, but old cabbage will do. Remove any tough outer leaves. Shred the cabbage as thinly as possible or chop finely with a sharp knife. The thinner it is sliced, the tastier the salad will be. Transfer the cabbage to a plate and crush it well with your hands so that it becomes softer and releases the juice.

Peel the beets and grate them using a Korean vegetable grater or a regular coarse grater.

Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater or a Korean vegetable grater. Also wash and dry the dill and chop it finely.

Combine all the chopped vegetables in a suitable deep container. Add chopped dill or parsley and about a tablespoon of lemon juice. Pour in vegetable oil. If desired, you can add just a little salt. If you like, add finely chopped regular onions or white salad onions, or you can chop green onions.
