How to prepare a lavash roll with crab sticks and cucumber? To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients. You will need large chicken eggs, two small cucumbers, 3-4 pieces of crab sticks, lettuce leaves and one thin pita bread of round or any other shape. How to choose the right lavash? Check the manufacturing date on the packaging. Fresh pita bread should have a pleasant smell. Look carefully to make sure there are no stains or signs of mold.

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves with paper towels. Spread the watercress evenly on a layer of thin pita bread. But you can use any salad you like.

Boil the eggs hard (8-10 minutes after boiling). Turn off the heat. Drain the boiling water. Fill with cold water and cool. Now peel off the shell. Finely chop the eggs or grate them on a coarse grater. Place on top of lettuce leaves. Lightly grease this and subsequent layers with mayonnaise. If for some reason you do not want to use mayonnaise, replace it with sour cream or natural yogurt without additives.

Wash and dry fresh cucumbers. If the peel is not hard, damaged or bitter, there is no need to cut it off. Cut the cucumbers lengthwise into four pieces. Thaw frozen crab sticks. Place them on a cutting board and let them thaw. Now remove the film. If it doesnʼt unwind well, hold the sticks over the steam for 1-3 seconds. Place the sticks whole, without cutting, on the egg layer. Apply mayonnaise mesh to them.

How to roll pita bread correctly? Roll it carefully and as tightly as possible so that the filling does not fall out at the edges and the pita bread itself does not tear. If the roll is not rolled tightly, it will be difficult to cut it into beautiful pieces. Wrap it in cling film and place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes until it is well soaked and soft.
