How to make a salad with squid and cheese? Prepare your ingredients. Squids can be used both raw and ready-made, canned. The cheese can be any: hard, semi-hard and even processed, the main thing is that it is tasty.

Thaw the squid, peel off the film and gut it, removing the insides and chitinous plate. Rinse them well under running water.

Boil the squid. How to boil squid? Place the cleaned squid into salted boiling water. Cook them for 1-2 minutes. Donʼt cook any longer!!! Otherwise, the squid will become tough as rubber and completely tasteless.

Remove the finished squid from the boiling water and cool. Cut them into strips.

Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater.

Boil the eggs. How to hard boil eggs? Place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Cool and peel them. Cut into small cubes.
