Indulgent Fried Crab Stick Salad

Nourishing, unusual and very high in calories. If youʼre on a diet, letʼs pass by. I found this recipe in a magazine a long time ago — and now I cook it at home from time to time. Itʼs called "Killing Me Softly." And it seems to me that it lives up to its name.

Ingredients (5 portions)

Basic:

Onion 2 pc
Olive oil (for refueling) 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Carrot (big) 1 pc
Vegetable oil (for frying) 3 tbsp
Champignon (you can use any mushrooms) 300 g
Crab sticks 200 g

Recipe instructions

We are preparing food. You may need more or less vegetable oil depending on the size of the pan. Olive oil (can be replaced with vegetable oil) will be needed for dressing if the salad turns out to be insufficiently oiled from the fried crab sticks and mushrooms. Boil the carrots.

Cut the crab sticks into strips. Fry in a frying pan until golden brown

Cut the mushrooms into slices. Fry in a small amount of oil until all the liquid has evaporated

Chop the onion into half rings. Fry in a frying pan until golden brown.

Three carrots on a coarse grater. Let the products cool. Stir in a plate and add salt. and season with olive oil if necessary.
