Ground black pepper to taste
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Eggs 1 pc
Parsley to taste
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
cucumbers (small) 1 pc
Chicken fillet (small boiled) 200 g
Pomegranate 0.5 pc
Chinese cabbage 0.5 pc

How to make a salad with Chinese cabbage, chicken and pomegranate? Prepare your food. You can make a salad with just vegetables, but I will prepare a more filling version — with chicken and egg. Pre-boil chicken and eggs and cool. Instead of chicken meat, turkey fillet is suitable. You can use any vegetable oil — olive and sunflower, both refined and first-pressed.

Tear off the top leaves of the cabbage, wash and dry the head itself. Cut off half (I prefer the top, green part for salads). Cut it into quarters. Finely chop each part.

Cool the boiled meat completely and cut into cubes. I make a cube the size of a pomegranate seed — then the salad will look neater and more aesthetically pleasing.

Cut off the ends of the cucumber. Cut it into small cubes as well.

Wash the parsley and dry well. Chop it finely with a knife.

Cut the pomegranate. First, cut off the top to expose the grains. Then make cuts along the visible bridges. All that remains is to break the pomegranate — it will fall into pieces. Remove the grains from several slices.

Place all ingredients in a salad bowl. Salt and pepper the salad to taste. Pour in vegetable oil and lemon juice. Gently toss the salad with two forks. Place it immediately on serving plates. Place quartered boiled eggs on top.
