Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Tomatoes (large) 1 pc
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
bell pepper (average) 0.5 pc
Greenery (parsley, dill, green onions) to taste
cucumbers (fresh, medium size) 1 pc
Green pea (canned) 2 tbsp
Red cabbage 200 g

Recipe instructions

First, wash all the vegetables and herbs. Slice the cabbage thinly. Grind with 0.5 tsp. sugar and 0.5 tsp. salt.

Thinly slice the cucumber. Mine was 10-15 cm long.

Cut the bell pepper into strips.

Cut the tomato into large slices.

Add finely chopped greens.

Strain 2 tablespoons from the liquid. canned green peas and add to vegetables.

Pour in the remaining 0.5 tsp. salt, pour 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. Mix. Transfer to a salad bowl or arrange in portions. Serve with meat dishes.
